The GAMA, Inc. will ensure all patients affordable, quality, patient-centered, comprehensive primary health care.
Our Services
*Glendale Area Medical Association (GAMA) shall provide sliding fee to all patients who qualify based on family size and income whether insured, uninsured or underinsured. Patients with family income up to and including 200% of the poverty level may apply for sliding fee. Patients with insurance coverage may also be eligible for sliding fee. GAMA will never deny healthcare based on the patient’s inability to pay.
