Jay Robinson, M.D.

Dr. Robinson has been with the GAMA since completing his family practice residency in 1985.  He has lived in Pennsylvania his entire life, and currently resides in Altoona.          

  Dr. Robinson received his undergraduate degree from Penn State and his Doctorate in Medicine from Thomas Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA.  He completed a three-year family practice residency at the Altoona General Hospital in 1985 and is board certified in family practice.  He also has a certificate in occupational health.  He is a member of the American Medical Association, PA Medical Society, and American Academy of Family Practice.

              Dr. Robinson enjoys all areas of family medicine from pediatrics through geriatrics.  He has a special interest in occupational and sports medicine.  He enjoys outdoor activities and likes to spend time with his wife and five children.

J. Philip Hall, M.D.

              Dr. Hall is a graduate of Penn State in Pre-Med. and received his Doctor of Medicine at University of Maryland Medical School, completing his residency at Altoona Hospital.  He is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice since 1985.  He served six years in a Health Manpower Shortage Area in West Virginia, and then joined GAMA in 1991.  Special interests are pediatrics and sports medicine.

              Dr. Hall was born in Lewistown, PA and his wife is from Ebensburg.  They have  four daughters.

             His awards include:  Eagle Scout, AMA Physicians Recognition Award, and Phi Beta Kappa.

 

 

Anthony Kibelbek, D.M.D.

              Dr. Kibelbek was born in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania and grew up in Centre County.  After completing his Bachelor of Science from the Pennsylvania State University in 1983, he attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, receiving his D.M.D. degree in 1987.  Dr. Kibelbek then trained as a resident in General Dentistry of the University of Virginia Hospital in Charlottesville, Virginia from 1987 to 1989.  He was in private practice until joining the GAMA staff in May of 1991.

              Dr. Kibelbek is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Pennsylvania Dental Association, the Blair County Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry.

Denise Drummond, MMS, PA-C

Denise Drummond, MMS, PA-C

              Denise has been a physician assistant since 1987, graduating from Saint Francis College.  She has maintained a working relationship with GAMA since 1988, and truly enjoys family medicine, especially children, adolescents, and women’s health.  Denise has also maintained a working relationship with Saint Francis College, teaching within their physician assistant department and developing health and wellness programs through their CERMUSA technology project.

             Denise was born and raised in Connecticut and moved to Pennsylvania upon completion of her college studies.  She and her husband, who is also a physician assistant, enjoy spending time with their two children.

 

 

Becky Ross, PA-C

             Becky graduated from the Saint Francis College physician assistant program in 1994.  She came to work to GAMA immediately after graduation.  She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and certified with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.  She also participated with the National Health Service Corps, working in health care shortage area.  Her special interests are women’s health and obstetrics, and pediatrics/adolescent well being.

             Becky was born and raised in Central Pennsylvania and resides in Altoona.  She enjoys gardening and she and her husband volunteer time with Youth Outreach project, helping teens build self-esteem through role-modeling and positive experience.

Deborah Jo Savino, RDH

         Deborah is a 1999 Graduate of Allegheny College, with an Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene.  She graduated Cum Laude (2nd in her class).  Deborah has worked with GAMA since 1999.  She's a member of Sigma Phi Alpha - Dental Hygiene Society, ADHA, PA DHA, and the Potomac Dental Hygiene of Maryland.

          Deborah enjoys working with Dr. Kibelbek and all the Dental Staff.  She also enjoys offering superior Dental Treatment in a caring, safe environment.
