Fees

        All payments are expected at the time of service.  Medicare and Medicaid accepted as payment in full.  Altoona PPO, Family Care Network, Health America, Geisinger Health Plan/GHP Gold, Keystone/Select Blue/Premier Blue patients accepted.  Workers compensation, UMW, BC/BS and most private insurances will be billed on your behalf.  Any co-payment is expected at the time of service.  Visa and MasterCard are accepted.  Please bring all insurance information with you to every appointment.

               A sliding fee scale adjusts fees for low income, uninsured patients.  All office fees are available for review.  No one is refused service due to inability to pay or insurance status.
